1. Buy VibeReady and clone the repository from GitHub. 2. Run the setup script — it configures Postgres, Stripe/Polar, auth, and env vars in one command. 3. Open the project in Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot. The AI tool reads AGENTS.md, the Cursor/Claude rules, and the pre-built skill library on its first task — so it understands your architecture immediately. 4. Write a PRD using the included template (or ask an AI agent to write one from a brief). 5. Hand the PRD to your AI coding tool. It builds the feature following VibeReady's patterns — authentication, database models, API routes, UI components — without drifting from the codebase conventions. 6. Run the 10 built-in subagents (code review, QA, security review, planner, etc.) to catch bugs, missing tests, and security issues before you ship. 7. Deploy to Google Cloud via the included Terraform infrastructure.
