whereisthis.place is an AI-powered photo geolocation tool that identifies where a photograph was taken. It first checks embedded EXIF GPS metadata locally in the browser and displays coordinates instantly when available. If GPS metadata is missing, its vision model analyzes visual clues such as signage, architecture, road markings, vegetation, terrain, and infrastructure to generate up to five ranked location predictions.
