Supportson이란?
Supportson is an all-in-one customer support platform that integrates AI chat, video calls, and paid consultations into a single embeddable widget. Built by an AI engineer named Max, the platform allows small teams to deploy enterprise-grade support features in seconds. It features a multimodal approach where AI handles routine inquiries while humans can take over via voice or video for complex issues. Additionally, it includes a built-in Stripe integration that enables businesses to monetize expert time by charging for support sessions or consultations.
