Ringkasan
Apa itu Chert?
Chert is a stable iMessage infrastructure and API platform designed for product, growth, and go-to-market teams to reach people at scale. It allows businesses to build and deploy conversational iMessage AI agents for use cases like customer service, inbound lead capture, onboarding, and cold outbound messaging. The platform operates directly over Apple's iMessage protocol, delivering authentic blue-bubble message threads that support read receipts, live delivery states, group chats, typing indicators, tapbacks, and media attachments. Additionally, it offers automated SMS and RCS fallbacks when recipients are off-platform, and integrates with major CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Close to natively sync conversation histories.
