Smartrazor

Smartrazor is an AI-powered video editing tool designed to help YouTubers, particularly those who create talking-head style videos, edit their content faster. It automates the process of clipping A-roll footage and aims to support B-roll editing in the future. The tool uses AI to remove bad takes and pauses, add captions, and implement zoom effects, allowing users to edit videos in a fraction of the time it would take manually.

Users can either record directly within the Smartrazor app or upload existing raw footage. The AI then processes the video, automatically cutting out mistakes and bad takes. Users can further refine the edits using a transcript editor and adjust zoom and caption positions.
